We regret that we cannot accommodate pets.

No children under
ten (10) unless special arrangements are made.

If there are extra-ordinary weather conditions, your deposit will be transferrable to another day. This would include ice storms and power outages.

Introductory Offer:

  • $125.00 for one night for two people
  • $225.00 for two nights for two people
  • $300.00 for three nights for two people
  • Two night minimums are required for holidays, festivals and special events. We only have two suites and some dates book up quickly, so call at your earliest convenience. If we are booked for the dates you are planning to come to Grafton, please check with these other lodging options.
  • Rates include two people. For extra guests, please add $20.00 per person per night. (Maximum two extra guests.)
  • Suites have double doors to accommodate parties of up to eight people - four in each room. The sofa in each room is a sleeper sofa and can accommodate two people.
