The Grafton Inn Policies

Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
*If you are going to check in later than
6:00 p.m., please make special arrangements.

General Policies:
- We regret that we cannot accommodate
pets.
- The Grafton Inn is a non-smoking
facility. There will be a minimum cleaning charge to your credit card of
$125.00 or maximum of replacement value of damaged item if smoking
or pets are found in the room.
- Insurance regulations prohibit candles.
- Returned checks are subject to a $25.00
fee.
- Deposit requirement: A deposit equal
to 50% of the total lodging charges is due at the time of reservation. Balance due upon arrival.
- A valid credit card is required to reserve
a room.
- No more than two (2) sleeping
adult guests
per room.
- No children under ten (10) unless special
arrangements are made.
- Check-in time is 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. If
you are going to check-in later than 6:00 p.m., please make special
arrangements.
- In order to maintain the standard of
cleanliness all of guests deserve, check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Prices are subject to change without
notice.
- Management is not responsible for lost
or stolen items.
- Guests will be billed for damaged or
missing items of the facility. A price list is available upon
request.
- In order to maintain a quiet and relaxing
atmosphere for all guests, no visitors are allowed after 11:00
p.m. please.
